Personal and Business Growth is a show created and produced by Massimo Gaetani, a Cambridge (UK) based coach, mentor and entrepreneur.
Most episodes are in interview format and they host Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Freelances, exploring their journey to their Personal and Business Growth. As there is no such a thing as overnight success Massimo is asking his guests about their experience, successes, mistakes and valuable advice which others can follow.
Massimo became a coach in 2007 while working as marketing director for a multinational company. He then started his first entrepreneurial activity in 2008. Massimo spends most of his working days between running the busiest private clinic in Cambridge and helping local entrepreneurs in their personal and business growth. He is also mentoring entrepreneurs within two programmes at the University of Cambridge: Ignite at Judge Business School and Impulse at the Maxwell Centre. Massimo is also a keen martial artist since the late seventies and he has been coaching his students at CARISMA since 1999 as well as the Cambridge University Kickboxing Club since 2007.
